EGFSN Members

The Expert Group on Future Skills Needs (EGFSN) is an independent, non-statutory body, which includes members from the business community, education and training providers, learner-support groups, trade unions, and a small number of Government Departments and agencies (DFHERIS, DETE, EI, IDA, SOLAS, HEA).

As of January 2026 the EGFSN has been chaired by Colm Kelly, formerly of PwC and chair of The Foundation for Fiscal Studies .
